Job Description
Choco is on a mission to enable the global food system to become sustainable by optimizing the way food is sold, ordered, distributed, and financed. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support us in making our AI technology even more efficient and transforming our vendors’ operating processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in an externally-facing project management or account-facing role
- Fluent German and English (C1/C2 written & spoken)
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to quickly understand problems, identify root causes, and proactively implement solutions
