The CRM Manager will lead and drive CRM strategies for international markets, ensuring alignment with the brand's global vision and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM or loyalty marketing, including member acquisition, clienteling, customer growth and retention programs.
- Proficiency in Power BI, data analysis tools, and visualization software; hands-on experience in data extraction, processing, and modeling.
- Proven experience in database management and CRM dashboard development, and regional rollout of loyalty programs across diverse markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Experience in luxury retail with regional exposure is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is required.
