LPN WEBON
LPN or GPN with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
HOME SUPPORT AIDE
Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, authorized to work lawfully in the United States, pass a pre-employment physical exam and TB skin test, pass a criminal background check
Personal Care Aide
Prior caregiving experience, high school diploma or GED, ability to pass pre-hire requirements
SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
MSW degree or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent experience, prior experience in short-term or long-term care, knowledge of admissions, discharge planning, and regulatory requirements
ACTIVITIES AIDE
High school graduate or equivalent, previous long-term care experience, artistic background
Feeding Assistant
Must be at least 16, meet physical requirements, pass background check, and work weekends
HOME SUPPORT AIDE
Must be 18, have reliable transportation, and authorized to work lawfully in the US
DIETARY AIDE
No experience necessary, willing to train. Must be able to lift and carry things, stand and move for long periods
PC Med Tech
High School Diploma / GED, 1 year Certified Med Tech Experience, Ability to work every other weekend
Nurse Aide Training Program -March/April Class
Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program, testing, and remaining current on the PA registry, along with having compassion, quality, customer service, dependability, safety, and working well with others
