Requirements

• Graduate of an approved course in Licensed Practical Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience as an LPN in an extended care facility preferred
• Must obtain Pre-Hire Physical
• Must obtain 2 step TB
• Must be able to work weekends
