Requirements
- MSW (Master of Social Work)Degree (strongly- preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in short-term or long-term care strongly preferred
- Knowledge of admissions, discharge planning, and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
