Job Description
Christian Care Ministry is seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure Operations to maintain the highest standards of IT infrastructure and server operations. The role involves managing teams of server system administrators, ensuring network reliability and security, and providing technical advice to leadership. This is a 24/7, full-time position in Melbourne, Florida.
Requirements
- Manage an enterprise network engineering team.
- Manage a team of systems administrators.
- Directly interact with executive leadership.
- Maintain documentation and create IT policies.
- Project management, Agile methodology.
- Strong knowledge of Windows servers and virtualization.
- Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless devices.
- Customer service skills.
