Job Description
We are seeking a strategic IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure team. This role focuses on overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across all systems. The position will involve collaboration with business leaders and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Active Directory, VMware, and SAN/NAS.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
