Senior Coverage Director

Chubb is seeking a Senior Coverage Director to manage an inventory of casualty claims, specifically complex coverage issues and long tail exposure claims. This role involves handling litigation and arbitration, managing coverage disputes, and overseeing all aspects of coverage litigation. The ideal candidate will possess legal training, high technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a lawyer and/or claim professional.
• Law degree required.
• High degree of specialized and technical competence in litigation management.
• Excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and assimilate learning materials.
• Experience in senior management reporting.
• Ability to obtain a resident or designated home state adjuster’s license.
• Ability to work in a complex operating environment.
