Senior Coverage Director

Chubb is seeking a Senior Coverage Director for their Coverage and Complex Claim Department. This role involves managing inventory of complex claims with multiple policy periods and/or class action litigation, including issues like concussion/head injuries, abuse and molestation, and potential personal and advertising injury coverage grants. The successful candidate will lead coverage litigation, manage outside counsel, and oversee discovery processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a lawyer or claim professional
• High degree of specialized and technical competence in litigation management
• Handling of complex coverage issues and long-term exposure claims
• Management of coverage litigation and arbitration
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a complex operating environment
