MTC Infield Mentor Teacher (Japan)

This Part-time Mission MTC Teacher position in Japan is a crucial support role assisting missionaries in training them in language skills, gospel doctrine, missionary skill development, and assisting with curriculum. Teachers will support missionaries in various settings, including one-on-one coaching, small group facilitation, large group workshops, and monitoring Canvas participation. The role requires adaptability and participation in initiatives.

Requirements

• Reports to trainer or supervisor level in Training department.
• Provides instruction, direction, counsel, and feedback to missionaries.
• Plans and prepares lessons according to curriculum.
• Attends weekly training meetings.
• Coaches missionaries in preparation and during practice.
• May assist with missionary assessments.
• May assist with Mission Leadership Seminar.
