ChurchDesk is a rapidly growing SaaS company that helps churches work smarter through intuitive digital tools. We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Customer Success Manager to support our Norwegian churches and congregations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, sales or similar customer-facing roles - preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Basic understanding of churches, non-profit organizations, or community-based organizations (experience working with churches is a plus).
- High degree of empathy and strong relationship skills - able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders (pastors, staff, volunteers, administrators).
- Good knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work style.
- Norwegian as a mother tongue or fluent level, as well as good English skills.
