Customer Success Manager - Norway

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar client-facing roles
• Brief understanding of church, nonprofit, or community-driven organisations
• High empathy and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting mindset
• Native or fluent Norwegian, with strong English communication skills
