Administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant / Export Shipping Documentation Consultant to join our Export Documentation Department in Ashford, Middlesex. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have good customer service and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Raising/issuing all export documentation
• Liaising with customers via telephone & email
• Telephone enquiries and quotes
• Covering Reception when required
• Sorting incoming/outgoing post & courier envelopes
• Transferring telephone calls to various staff/departments
• Liaising with our Couriers
