Commercial Finance Director, EMEA Food

Cielo Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Finance Director to lead and manage financial operations across the Client's Food vertical in the EMEA region. This role will focus on driving financial performance and optimizing profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a commercial finance role with a minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience leading diverse teams across geographies
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written skills are essential)
