Job Description
CIM Group is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. This role involves market research, product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the product meets customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. This is a critical role in ensuring that CIM's investors and credit teams have the necessary products to support evolving needs.
Requirements
- Conduct market/user research to identify customer needs.
- Define product outcomes and objectives within focus areas.
- Oversee the design, manufacture, and implementation of the product/s and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Help to develop product business case and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
