Product Manager

CIM is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. This role involves extensive research, strategy definition, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management. They'll focus on product strategy and roadmaps for key product areas, including OFS.

Requirements

• Conduct market/user research to identify customer needs and competitive vendor products.
• Define product outcomes and objectives within focus areas for existing and new products.
• Oversee the design, manufacture, and implementation of the product/s and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Manage existing products and support IT operations.
• Develop product business case and positioning strategies.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Drive product launches and evaluate implementation plans.
• Act as a product evangelist.
