Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to embed a sustainable CI culture that drives significant, measurable organizational performance improvements across the Venlo Manufacturing Site. The successful candidate will define and implement the organization-wide CI strategy, lead and coach the CI team, and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Reliability Engineering, or Quality Leadership
• Proven success in leading organization-wide CI transformations that delivered structural, non-localized improvements
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Systems Thinking methodologies
• Excellent skills in change management, facilitation, and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, navigating resistance to change
• Strategic mindset with the ability to diagnose systemic problems and see the 'bigger picture'
