As the SHE Coordinator, you will be the heart of our efforts to forge a safer, healthier work environment, significantly impacting our culture and operations.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and audit comprehensive SHE policies and procedures in collaboration with Plant Leadership to cultivate a robust safety-first culture.
- Craft and execute detailed occupational health, safety, and environmental (SHE) plans, ensuring full compliance with Dutch/EU legal standards and internal VistaPrint policies.
- Lead site-wide educational initiatives, conduct mandatory safety training sessions, and orchestrate emergency drills to enhance safety awareness and cultural adherence.
- Conduct proactive risk assessments and incident investigations (including root cause analysis), driving corrective actions across production, maintenance, and facility teams.
- Engage directly with team members across all organizational levels to foster shared responsibility and ownership for a healthy and safe workplace.
- Manage environmental compliance programs (e.g., waste management, permits) and monitor key environmental performance indicators (EPIs).
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes in the Netherlands and the EU, translating complex legal requirements into practical, site-specific policies and procedures.
