Job Description
Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to start a career in the organization. The program provides hands-on experience in various departments, including sales, production, and office management, and prepares trainees for advancement. This program involves rotations in different areas and interaction with experienced managers.
Requirements
- Must have or will obtain, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- At least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program
