Job Description
Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program to launch career paths in various business functions. This position involves hands-on experience within sales, operations, and customer service. Rotations through different departments provide valuable insights into the company's operations and allow trainees to develop leadership skills.
Requirements
- Must have or will obtain, or be willing to obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
- Must have an active driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain a DOT medical certification
