The physician will work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality, integrated care for patients experiencing or at risk of homelessness in an outpatient setting.

Requirements

• Valid unrestricted Arizona Medical License
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine OR Board-Eligible
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Understanding of substance and mental health issues
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
