PT-Teller/Personal Banker

This position will assist in coordinating professional and knowledgeable assistance to all customers. They will receive calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns, they will handle daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Processes transaction through a teller platform
• Assist with end of day processing and check imaging
• Provide account information and answer customer inquiries
• Open new deposit accounts and resolve problems
• Use effective selling techniques to promote and sell additional products and services
• Conduct customer contact to complete required documentation
• Service retail and business deposit accounts
• Display knowledge and proficiency in the bank's products and services
• Maintain knowledge of and understand the financial needs of customers
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information
