This position will assist in coordinating professional and knowledgeable assistance to all customers, handling daily transactions and questions in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. The Teller/Personal Banker will serve as an advocate of the Bank, promote the Bank’s products, services, and overall Citizens Alliance Bank’s brand.
Requirements
- Processes transaction through a teller platform
- Assist with end of day processing and check imaging
- Provide account information and answer customer inquiries
- Open all types of new deposit accounts
- Use effective selling techniques to promote and sell additional products and services
- Conduct customer contact to complete all required documentation
- Service all retail and business deposit accounts
- Display knowledge and proficiency in the bank’s products and services
- Maintain knowledge of and understand the financial needs of customers
- Answer phones and/or complete telephone requests
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information
- Adhere to and comply with all applicable laws and regulations
