VP-Branch Manager & Lender

The VP/Branch Manager & Lender is responsible for the administration and daily operations of their branch location, including operations, product sales, customer service, security, and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.

Requirements

• Manage employees and staffing of their branch
• Facilitate regular employee meetings
• Maintain staff schedules
• Compliment and reward good employee performance
• Be knowledgeable about all lending, deposit, business, and consumer Bank products
• Provide customer service to include opening new accounts and assisting other financial needs of the customer
• Maintain a determined level of personal production and actively pursue new loan and deposit relationships
• Perform primary functions within branch in accordance with Citizens Alliance Bank's policies and procedures
