Job Description
Complete full processing and underwriting of loan files, including preparation of documents and support for debt service ability, identification of policy exceptions, and compliance with bank policy guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a loan processing, banking, or related financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience with loan processing or loan origination software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point, Premier Navigator).
