Loan Processor

The Loan Processor provides technical administrative support to The Maries County Bank Loan Officers, assembling loan documentation, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include interacting with customers, maintaining customer confidentiality, and upholding customer satisfaction. The Loan Processor must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year prior experience in a financial environment
• Prior experience with loan application software, policies, procedures, and documentation
• Ability to perform loan analysis and cash-flows as directed by Loan Officers
• Basic knowledge of the bank's products and services
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to utilize general office equipment such as typewriters, copy machines, calculators, and fax machines
• Experience with calculators, standard office equipment, and PC software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of computer systems and changing technology, including word-processing, spreadsheets, Internet, and internal bank software
• Prior experience working within a team environment
• Demonstrated aptitude for accuracy with numbers
• Strong decision making skills
