Job Description
The City and County of Denver's Community Planning and Development Department is seeking a part-time, on-call Administrative Support Assistant to provide administrative support to meetings of appointed boards and commissions and conduct required public notification for various processes.
Requirements
- Providing administrative support at meetings of appointed boards and commissions
- Receiving and routing application materials
- Preparing, printing, mailing, and emailing required public notices
- Completing web page updates
- Managing general email inboxes
- Performing other duties as assigned
