Sidewalk Winter Control Operator (Casual, Temporary up to 6 months)

The City of Guelph is seeking a Sidewalk Winter Control Operator for a temporary casual position within the Public Works Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating equipment related to Sidewalk Winter Control operations and providing quality customer service. The position requires a Class G licence and experience with relevant equipment.

Requirements

• Class G licence with a good driving record
• Experience with snow blowers, sidewalk plows, farm tractors, skid steers and pick-up trucks with a plow
• Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting and shoveling
