Coordinator, Contract Service Delivery

The Transportation Services department is responsible for providing a holistic transportation hub focused on addressing the planning, implementation, operations and delivery of all modes of transportation in the City of Ottawa, including safe, reliable and courteous transit services and excellence in customer service delivery to 100 million transit customers per year, by means of conventional bus, para transit and rail operations.

Requirements

• Completion of 4 year university degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in a public transportation environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior analyst capacity
• Experience in providing transportation for persons with disabilities is an asset
