Job Description
The Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services department is responsible for building a healthy, inclusive and vibrant City. The position involves coordinating recreation, arts, aquatics or sports programs for preschoolers, children and youth during the summer months.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Student (completion of first year college or university)
- Minimum of 8 months but less than 1 year of related experience
- Current Standard First Aid, CPR-C and AED certificates
- AODA Accessibility/IASR Training
- Certification in relevant coaching/aquatics/recreation programs (asset)
- Police Record Check (Vulnerable Sector Check or Criminal Record and Judicial Matters check)
