FSRI is seeking a Trauma-Focused Service Provider to provide services to children, youth, and caregivers in a community and office setting. This role involves trauma-informed practices like Trauma Systems Therapy (TST), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and provides emergency crisis intervention. Candidates must have a Master's degree in a human services field and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Rhode Island.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island (Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor)
• Experience working with children exposed to trauma (preferred)
• Skilled in operating medical record software and hardware
• Spanish Speaking preferred and compensated
• Flexible schedule with some evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to work remotely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
