FSRI is seeking a Trauma-Focused Diagnostician and Counselor to provide early intervention and support to children, youth, and their caregivers. The role involves applying evidence-based practices like DBT and TST, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing crisis intervention. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.)
• Required to be licensed or eligible to be licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
• Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Multilingual skills (bilingual/ASL compensated)
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 20lbs, work remotely, and travel
