The Account Manager is responsible for the business operations of assigned clients within a specific city, comprising client retention, new service offerings, contract negotiation, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves coordinating site visits, ensuring compliance, and providing quality control inspections. It also supports staffing, promotions, and communication with contractors.
