Account Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for our White Plains, NY location. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and retaining B2B accounts, selling other services to current clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ years outside B2B account management and sales experience
• 1+ years track record of success in a client retention and growth role
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
• Positive and outgoing personality
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
