Civic Works, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Benefits Assistance Program/Outreach Coordinator throughout all of Baltimore City Age-Friendly Upgrades for Elder’s Services Program.
Requirements
- Manage a caseload of older adult clients and provide application assistance for home repair and support services
- Conduct community outreach to identify eligible clients and build program awareness
- Develop relationships with community groups, agencies, and service providers
- Participate in events, health/resource fairs, and outreach activities
- Assist clients with navigating benefits and accessing additional support resources
- Advocate on behalf of clients and ensure timely follow-up
- Accurately maintain documentation and case notes
- Support the planning and execution of outreach events and marketing
- Travel regularly throughout Baltimore City to meet clients and attend partner meetings
