Job Description
CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a hands-on, motivated Cold Storage Warehouse Lead to take charge of daily operations, set the tone for excellence, and serve as the go-to person for guidance and problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-first environment. As a Cold Storage Warehouse Lead, you’ll safely operate stand-up forklifts, handle products with care, and monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
- Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
- Ability to coach and train team members effectively
- Strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills
