Case Manager, CRR III

Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Case Manager to deliver direct, semi-independent support and essential skills training to adults with behavioral health challenges in our Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Level 3 program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder setting
• In-depth knowledge of person-centered planning and psychosocial rehabilitation principles
• Strong ability to build rapport, set boundaries, and motivate individuals toward recovery and independence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
