Job Description
Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and organized Residential Case Manager to deliver direct, semi-independent support and essential skills training to adults with behavioral health challenges in our Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Level 3 program.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use disorder setting
- In-depth knowledge of person-centered planning and psychosocial rehabilitation principles
- Strong ability to build rapport, set boundaries, and motivate individuals toward recovery and independence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and professional interaction
