Analytics Enablement and Insights Lead

In this pivotal role, you will lead the best practices along with development and deployment of advanced analytics and visualization solutions that empower the North America Supply Chain organization to make data-driven decisions. This critical role will drive unification and simplification of analytics across the region through establishing best practices, councils and facilitating / mentoring data analysts in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years + of relevant analytics experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, M), SQL, and data warehouse methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Practical knowledge of data architecture (Snowflake, Azure DB, etc.)
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and storytelling.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and challenge the status quo
• Experience working with data scientists and analysts
