The Sr Compensation Analyst will drive analysis and execution of critical compensation projects to improve market competitiveness, process integrity, and employee experience. The role requires 3 days a week in the HQ office in Glendale, WI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, job architecture, and incentive experience
- Excellent analytical skill with ability to translate data into compelling stories
- Excellent Microsoft Office Excel data management and analysis skills
- Driven self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously
