Culture and Communication Intern

As a Culture & Communications Intern, you will support the development and execution of Clarios’ employer branding and corporate brand strategy through digital channels.

Requirements

• Develop a structured content plan for Facebook, Instagram, and Viva Engage
• Create multimedia content including photos, videos, quizzes, stories, templates, and branded assets
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly content calendars with HR, Communications, and business stakeholders
• Monitor performance of posts and recommend improvements for future content strategies
• Conduct ongoing benchmarking of corporate and employer-branding accounts
• Provide recommendations to innovate formats and storytelling approaches
