As an intern in the EHS department, you will support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of initiatives that promote organizational wellbeing.
Requirements
- Co-design, implementation, and deployment of internal policies and procedures aligned with regulations and market trends
- Collaborate on the implementation of leadership-focused programs such as Energy Leader and LAC
- Support the deployment and monitoring of emotional salary kits as part of the recognition strategy
- Assist in the implementation of NOM-035 across sites to promote psychosocial wellbeing
