Job Description
The Marketing Intern will support the generation, analysis, and delivery of insights to empower internal teams and clients to make timely, data-driven decisions. The role will strengthen customer experience across service centers, home-service operations, and consumer-facing touchpoints.
Requirements
- Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas in D2C channels
- Share insights with internal stakeholders and external clients to support decision-making
- Support the update and documentation of Service Center processes following CX methodologies
- Create dashboards, reports, or summaries to enhance transparency and enable faster responses to customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer-centric initiatives and service-quality improvements
