Job Description
The Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is seeking a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney II in the Civil Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, contract negotiation, and working with administrative agencies. The position involves representing the county in litigation, providing legal advice to county departments, and contract review.
Requirements
- Equivalent to a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Membership in the State Bar of Washington
- Five or more years of responsible experience in a law office as a practicing attorney
- Ability to learn and apply established precedents and sources of legal reference
- Ability to analyze, appraise, interpret, organize, apply, and present facts and legal analysis
