Job Description
Own a county-wide health-justice build by standing up the Washington HCA Reentry Demonstration Initiative in a 24/7 secure setting, linking clinically appropriate services to Medicaid benefits before release.
Requirements
- Master's in social work, counseling, mental health, behavioral sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or related field
- 1+ year working with Medicaid-eligible persons with behavioral health needs
- Project management experience
- Medicaid-funded services experience
- Familiarity with NCCHC/ACA standards, HCA guidance, and community-based care coordination models
