Job Description
The Workers’ Compensation Manager oversees two County programs to ensure compliance with Washington and Oregon workers’ compensation laws, state regulations, as well as the Federal and Washington laws on Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act and Washington Law Against Discrimination.
Requirements
- Washington State WWCP certification or the ability to become certified within one (1) year
- Four (4) years of experience in workers’ compensation claims management for Washington and Oregon, ergonomics, or other field training
- Management of direct reports, including mentoring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary issues
