Requirements

• Providing administrative assistance to the Manager, Office Services & Premises
• Ordering office and lounge supplies
• Coordinating and providing day-to-day support for central services tasks
• Managing invoices for the central services department
• Assisting central services with daily tasks, when needed
• Managing petty cash
• Reception relief
• Provide on-boarding training to new team members
• Additional assistance as needed
