ITM Teller

The ITM Virtual Teller is responsible for day-to-day operations of the ITM, providing a convenient and efficient way for customers to interact with the bank, while delivering a superior customer experience to increase customer loyalty and enhance the bank's reputation.

Requirements

• Uses a video interface to connect with customers and assist them with financial transactions
• Maintains a professional image and possesses a friendly and positive attitude
• Proactively builds rapport and connects with customers through genuine conversation
• Maintains up to date knowledge and adheres to all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
• Makes sound business judgments and helps resolve customer complaints and concerns
