HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Sales Manager for the IS, TS, and FS districts. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will also manage account managers and support sales efforts within the district.
Requirements
- Promote revenue and margin growth
- Lead district growth across IS, TS and FS sales
- Support sales efforts of important accounts in the district
- Drive sales budget
- Monitor progress in sales and P&L goals
- Manage performance of and coach AMs, Specialists and Sales Representatives
- Support collection of invoiced revenue from customers
- Complete monthly Revenue and Receivable Report
