Job Description
The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is to perform repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. This role involves responding to work orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. It's a full-time, rotating position with on-call weekends.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Property Management Maintenance Experience
- General knowledge of plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair
- EPA Certified is a bonus
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills
